Richie's Family Movers are very professional, knowlegeable and 5 star movers! Richie provided me with excellent high quality service! He and his team did a great job moving my heavy 500 lb free standing air tub from the first floor to the third floor and preserving my tub and the integrity of the stairwell in my 18th century home. I highly recommend Richie's Family Movers for all of your moving needs!! I would gladly obtain the services of Richie's Family Movers again!!
This company is the most AMAZING company. My father is elderly and needed a lot of help moving, not just moving boxes from one place to another, but packing, sorting, making decisions. The guys at Richie's really took care of him as a person and not just a client. They went well above and beyond to make sure that my father's move worked out. They were patient with him, friendly, did the work well and put in more work than they had to do (and much more work than they charged) in order to make him comfortable. Put it this way, my father said he was so grateful that he felt like he made two new friends during the move. I would hire this company every time.
Amazing - never have I seen a mover so conscientious, careful, polite, respectful and friendly. Richie and his assistant took extra time to ensure that both the piano (a heavy baby grand) and our home were safe from damage. I would hire them again in a second!!
I was looking at feedback from previous customers and Richie's had good feedback. The person I dealt with was Richard the owner and he was very good and thorough. We had about 11 pieces quick and easy. We had some changes in dates and he kept me informed each step of the way. The truck was a smaller one but I was the only client that they had on it so I was able to add things if I needed to. They also did a wonderful job in packing and carefully loading the truck, He had some good advice for me and kept in touch directly. I'd definitely recommend Richie's Family Movers to anybody looking at major moves. The price they gave me turned out to be less than the estimate. Usually, it's more than the estimate. Moving can be a very stressful life event. It's easy to feel overwhelmed when you have a lot of furniture to transport and are unsure where to find reliable help who can get the job done. Thanksfully, I found Richie and I am so glad I did. He did such a fantastic job that I wanted to share it with anyone else looking for moving help. I purchased several high-quality wood furniture pieces—including a bed frame—for my new apartment and I was concerned about safely transporting them from storage. But once Richie finished moving the last piece, I felt totally at ease. He did an amazing job. He arrived at my storage unit on time, carefully wrapped every piece of furniture, expertly secured it all in his truck, and followed me to my apartment where he carried everything in without a scratch. The whole time he was friendly, helpful, efficient, communicative, courteous, and showed great care for my possessions. He even set up my new bed for me! His services were very reasonably priced and I feel that I got the most value for my money. I would absolutely work with Richie again! I can't recommend him highly enough.
