I have used Rick's on several occasions. Manny and his crew recently responded very quickly on a Sunday after a Saturday evening storm knocked a tree down on our house in Plainville. He also helped patch a hole in the roof that was initially missed from the damage a week later while taking down another tree on our property. They also recently did great work removing a large oak tree that was leaning over our cottage in Lebanon. Always resonably priced and professional!!
Excellent service 100% recommended
Oh man, where do I start.....this company came an gave my elderly war vet neighbor a quote, 500$ to take a "tree" down, an 8 inch diameter stick , no branches, showed up smoking a cigarette at 8am, fells the stick and in the process as this "stick" was falling it took out a branch that has been there for over 100 years . I was making sure my elderly neighbor wasnt getting taken advantage of, I jokingly said "man I think this deserves a discount " he says "come on man" this is when I said "what do you mean " you destroyed property that wasnt part of the original job. All I asked was to "make it right " this is when who I believe was the owner, Manny, confronted me and said " are you getting an attitude " and then got aggressive with me. , bottom line, if you wanna get over charged, and have the owner try and fight you I guess hire this company. Even if the customer is unruly, the company has to remain professional, this company did not.
Extremely detail oriented and cautious about tree removal. Very professional and respectful of the property, fast response time!
