Get It Gone, Rico's junk removal service, holds a 5.0-star average from 814 ratings on Thumbtack, which lists it as a Top Pro for 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. One customer needed junk hauled away on moving day and reached out as a last-minute request; Rico responded promptly, they arrived within hours, and the customer said it was one flat fee, just as advertised. A customer with a big pile of mixed trash and yard waste said they came out the next day, removed all of the items and swept up the area afterward. Someone with items at two different locations said everything was gone in less than two hours. Rico explained the charges before he was hired, one customer wrote, and he and his 2 helpers left the area "immaculate." A customer whose stuff had been sitting for two weeks said they came right on time to grab it. Rico came out the same day for a customer who said he responded quickly, and that customer called his prices very fair.
Rico was extremely thorough in explaining the charges before he was hired. He notified me 1/2 before arrival. He and his 2 helpers did exactly what needed to be done and left the area immaculate. I highly recommend Get It Gone!
