Customers of RMJC Services don't write about a company — they write about Frank. Across 22 ratings averaging 4.9 on Angi and its HomeAdvisor twin, the owner, Francisco Rodriguez, turns up by name again and again, and the jobs behind those ratings are mostly cleaning: carpets, upholstery, tile and grout, done out of a three-person shop at 128 Bellingham Street in Chelsea. The most telling account is from September 2018. A customer's carpets were, in their words, loaded with stains; one spot wouldn't lift, and rather than reaching for a harsher product he asked first, warning it would smell. She said yes, and afterward couldn't smell the chemical at all. That habit of checking in shows up elsewhere too — a September 2016 customer had called three upholstery cleaners, two quoted over the phone sight-unseen, and RMJC came to the house to look before pricing the job. They also came in lowest. The outdoor work runs the same way. In June 2019 a homeowner had a deck and fence sanded and restained and noted the crew cleaned up at the end of each day and repaired deck sections they hadn't been asked to touch. That same month another had a porch, deck and ramp bleached and prepped one day and painted the next, a two-day turn. Snow removal comes up twice, including a landlord in May 2016 who used them across two rental properties through a winter. Three things to settle before calling. The written history ends in May 2021 — five years of quiet, so ask what they're working on now. The directories disagree about what the business even is: BBB files it under house cleaning and describes tile, carpet and countertop restoration plus flooring installation, Houzz lists kitchen and bath remodeling with four project galleries, and Angi lists powerwashing, cabinet painting, gutter cleaning, janitorial work and dumpster rentals. They also disagree about age — BBB has the company incorporated in July 2014 at twelve years old, while the Houzz blurb claims over 22 years and Angi says 26. On credentials: BuildZoom and HomeAdvisor both list Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration 192881, and BuildZoom says it saw that registration active in June 2026. Those are directory entries rather than a check we ran, so ask for the number and verify it. BBB grades the company A+ but it is not BBB accredited.
