The gap is the human side. Nobody has written a customer account of this business: BuildZoom shows zero reviews, so what exists is proof that the work was permitted and inspected, and nothing at all about how the jobs went or how the finished rooms look. For a kitchen or bath remodel in Arlington by someone who has permitted dozens of them in these towns, the history supports the experience. Ask for the construction supervisor number and a certificate of insurance, and — given how few permits are recent — ask for references from the last two or three jobs specifically.
