Another customer says Chad and Sean work hard, are polite and clean up well after each day. In 2025 they did yard leveling and a stone driveway for one customer. That year Chad also worked with MAG irrigation to coordinate the install of a new system and finish a sod install. A 2025 customer had Chad remove old dirt, replace it with new loam and sod the entire yard, and he installed cobblestone around all the flowerbeds. A stone walkway and a stone retainer wall were installed for another customer in 2025. In 2023, Chad found the main source of the water in a customer's basement, replaced rotted wood and hidden structural damage, and installed a french drain outside. In 2024, Rock Solid arrived at one home with 17 6ft arborvitaes, and Chad and his crew hosed down the grass, driveway and walkway at the end of each day. In 2021, Chad Souza built a small retaining wall around a customer's pool and kept them updated during the whole process. A 2025 patio customer said the patio came out very nice, but that they tried to tack on fees already in the final quote, which was resolved when confronted, and that they went to other jobs before finishing the patio. In 2022, a customer said that after a visit to look over lawn work, a proper quote was never sent.
