A 2025 review describes "Cleaning done right,always on time, fair pricing," and a 2023 review mentions "Good communication" and arriving on time. In a 2020 review, they did a great job cleaning a house in Lexington "to get it ready to sell." In a 2018 review, a one-time cleaning after a move led to a recurring appointment after "seeing the job Peter did." In a 2018 review of a deep clean of a vacant two-story house, only two workers showed up, one left half-way through, and soap scum, grime on base board and cleaner residue on bathroom fixtures were left behind. In a 2020 review, there were still cobwebs, dishes were left in the sink, and trash bags and paper towels were taken.
