I’m not someone who typically leaves negative reviews, but this experience deserves attention. A woman driving one of your company trucks was driving recklessly and showed a complete lack of awareness of her surroundings and concern for the safety of others. We were driving side by side in traffic when she suddenly decided to merge into my lane, nearly hitting my vehicle. I honked my horn to alert her, but she continued merging despite the fact that I was directly beside her. Thankfully, there were no vehicles on the other side of me, allowing me room to avoid a potential accident. Had there been another car next to me, this situation could have ended very differently. What concerns me most is the complete disregard for other people’s safety. When a driver is operating a vehicle with a company’s name on it, their behavior reflects directly on that business. If this is the level of care, attention, and responsibility demonstrated by someone representing your company, I would seriously question trusting that same company to perform any type of home improvement work. After reading some of the other reviews, it seems that a lack of attention to detail and professionalism may be an ongoing concern. I sincerely hope management takes this seriously before someone’s reckless driving results in an accident. Safety, awareness, and professionalism should never be optional, especially when representing a business.
Marco and his team were absolutely amazing i would highly recommend anyone that's looking to repair or install a new roof to go with roof smart home improvement & construction. Marco explained everything detailed by detail when it came what I needed, thank you so much for making my home whole again. It truly means the world to me. The amount of professionalism communication And kindness I received from marco 10/10 I highly recommend this company
Marco se presentó como un hombre de familia, honesto y trabajador, y prometió respaldar su trabajo. Reparó mi techo, me dio una garantía de 3 años y aseguró que duraría al menos 5 años sin filtraciones. Apenas un año después, el techo está filtrando agua. He intentado comunicarme con él varias veces para que cumpla con su garantía, pero ha dejado de responder. En mi experiencia, su trabajo fue de mala calidad y no cumplió con lo prometido. Una garantía no sirve de nada si el contratista desaparece cuando llega el momento de responder por su trabajo.
Awful guy, very quick to sell you on the job at an overly priced quote. Once he feels you backing out he lowers it significantly. I just had a job done and the roof is already coming apart and he’s not honoring the 3 year worksmanship guaranty. I would avoid at all cost this man Marco is a joke that preaches honest work and being a family man, that excuse is unfortunately what he uses to sell his jobs. Cheap materials from Home Depot too
Marco and his team came out and did a wonderful job performance. The overall work was completely unbelievable. I highly recommend He was on top of his crew, making sure everything is getting done properly and letting me and my husband to know what’s going on every step of the way he was very direct and very self-explanatory I highly recommend this company to anybody
