Roof Surgeons is a roofing company whose own website lists roof repair, roof leak repair, roof maintenance, home and commercial roofing, emergency roof repair and roofing snow removal, and names South Portland, Scarborough, Gorham, Westbrook and Portland as its service area. A recent customer said the company installed the roof on an addition over their garage in Biddeford, and that the work was done on time, with a professional crew, at the best price they could find. A recent customer whose roof they replaced in 2020 warned others to be cautious when relying on their warranty. That customer said the roof now has a leak and that getting them to come out and inspect it has been impossible, with multiple delays, shifting reasons and periods of no response. When the customer mentioned they might need legal help, the response they received was "tell your lawyer to talk to mine."

A square is 100 sq ft of roof surface — bigger than the floor plan because of pitch and overhangs.

Installed the roof on my addition over my garage in Biddeford. Work was done on time, great quality, professional crew, and the best price I could find.
Be cautious when relying on their warranty. They replaced our roof in 2020, and we now have a leakage. Getting them to come out and inspect it has been impossible—multiple delays, shifting reasons (weather, scheduling, location), and periods of no response. After multiple days trying to resolve this, I mentioned I might need legal help if the issue wasn’t addressed. The response I received was: “tell your lawyer to talk to mine.” At this point, the main issue isn’t just the leak—it’s the lack of follow-through once the job is complete. A warranty should provide support when problems arise, and that hasn’t been my experience. Draw your own conclusions.
