The response for assessment and estimate was quick. The estimate was reasonable and thorough. We were offered options for scheduling and opted for the soonest available which turned out to be less than two weeks out. Our job required two days of effort. The team was clearly well qualified to handle the rot repairs and did a fantastic job in getting that done. In addition they were qualified to complete the installation of the Renewal by Anderson slider thereby eliminating another need for scheduling Renewal by Anderson. This synergy between Rot Experts and Renewal by Anderson proved extremely convenient seamless for our project. I would strongly recommend Rot Experts for any home repair/improvement project.
I had my floor reinforced and 9 of my super old windows replaced with Rot Repair Experts. From the beginning of this whole interaction, this company was great! The office coordinator Nicole was beyond responsive, even texting me back or responding to emails at 9pm some evenings. And Mike was very professional and honest throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them, and am even getting estimates for my next project I need them for!
They did a fantastic job of repairing wood rot and installing a step underneath my large sliding door that leads out to my deck. They were super thorough and offered their services for a reasonable price. I am ecstatic with the outcome!
I’m so thankful we came across this company. Mike is very thorough and knowledgeable. He and his partner went above and beyond to do the job right and explain what was done. We would definitely recommend them for home projects without hesitation and will call again for any work we need.
