The reason we called this guy was for the good reviews. I normally dont write negative reviews, i try to be as positive and supportive as i can, and while i appreciate him taking the time to evalute our situation, however, he was not at all willing to help. My mother called for help on a leaky garden faucet, and he said this was one of those jobs you run from. Said she needed to close that faucet off and install a new one in a more accessible location because we lived on a slab and he couldnt do anything about it. Okay, so then, she asked for help to replace our toilets, because they have a seal and flushing issue, she was told to just go to home depot, buy and install them, said they havent made any good flushing toilets since the 1970s . I have yet to replace the toilets, but I watched a quick youtube video, took the faucet apart myself, went to home depot, and my cousin and I fixed the faucet for a $4 box of valve packing. I cant believe how easy of a fix that was! Fortunately, Chatgpt was even more helpful with picking out the toilets for our system! I dont get how difficult that should have been, especially for a professional!. Royal flush was a royal flop.
Fast, fair, professional and polite.
