RR Cleaning & Epoxy Floor Restoration restores floors and concrete, and a recent customer's patio job shows how Jean-Claude Renaud works. That customer says their stamped concrete patio, built about three years earlier, was disintegrating, and Jean-Claude Renaud and RR Cleaning and Epoxy were recommended to fix it. The same customer says Jean-Claude explained the crushed stone and drainage systems under the pavers meant to direct rain water away from the house, worked to save and reuse the patio's base to keep the cost down, and told them when they had to wait for material. The project was completed on time and within the agreed costs, that customer says. A 2026 customer whose business meeting space was flooded by burst pipes said the owner paused other projects for the emergency, worked weekends and handled the insurance calls and paperwork. That 2026 customer said the epoxy coating held up under foot traffic and equipment, and that the work cost $8,000 less than competitors. A 2026 customer said JC helped with their floors and described the work as durable and the price as fair. A 2026 customer said Jean Claude was honest and upfront from the very beginning and kept them updated on the job.
7-1-26 Our home was built about 3 years ago with a large stamped concrete patio. After only 3 years, the patio surface was disintegrating. I needed the patio fixed to protect my investment in the home. Jean-Claude Renaud and RR Cleaning and Epoxy was recommended to us as having the expertise to fix our patio. Through the whole process I was very impressed by the excellent communication from Jean-Claude. I have never had a contractor keep me so well informed. Whenever I stopped by, Jean-Claude stopped what he was doing and explained what he was doing and why it was necessary, such as crushed stone and drainage systems under the pavers to direct rain water away from the house. Jean-Claude worked extra hard to save and reuse the base of our patio to keep the cost down, and he would always inform me if there were days we needed to wait for material to arrive. The project was completed on time and within the costs we had agreed upon. Our new patio looks beautiful. Jean-Claude is a perfectionist and he truly takes pride in the quality of his work. I give Jean-Claude my highest recommendation, with no reservations. M. Robbins
