RR Cleaning is a family-owned Rockland house-cleaning company, and Rita is the cleaner its Angi customers write about. The BBB lists it 14 years in business with an A+ grade; Angi shows 4.7 from 52 ratings, HomeAdvisor 4.7 from 49 and Google 5 stars from 6, with written reviews from 2018 to August 2026. In an August 2026 Angi review, a customer said Rita did windows this once for a fair price, quoted a fair bi-weekly price, and fit them into the days they wanted. A June 2023 first-time customer said she had their weekends back because the house was completely clean, and booked Rita every two weeks. In a March 2019 review, a customer who hired Rita to clean the house of a mother who is 98 said she was so good with the mother. An October 2024 customer listed floors, windows, dusting, the stove and the fridge. Two reviews are critical. An April 2021 reviewer gave 2 stars, saying Rita's first clean was great but later visits by her staff showed very poor attention to detail, and they let the company go. A November 2018 reviewer called a thorough clean sub par work.
Rita was friendly, she knew what I was looking for. She was able to do windows this once for a fair price. Her bi-weekly price was fair. She was knowledgeable about the products I wanted her to use, she was able to fit me into the time and days that I wanted. She was very professional. I think that Rita will be a good fit for us and I hope we have a long working relationship.
