A 2024 customer said the crew arrived on time, replaced the roof and the damaged wood, and cleaned up a neighbor's yard because it was windy that day. A recent customer said that after RRCA replaced the roof there were multiple leaks, one in a daughter's bedroom that the company blamed on an ice dam and another in the dining room ceiling. A recent customer said RRCA received an insurance check of about $13,000, let the contractor go in May after months of calls and texts, and that the customer had to get a new roofer, paid out of pocket and has reached out to the BBB and a Connecticut attorney. A 2026 customer said they found over 200 nails in the yard after a hail-damage roof job, that lead flashing was used at the gable vents and two broken shingles were face-nailed, and that in February the company still had not contacted the insurance company to close out the claim; that customer said the work issues were rectified.
RRCA came through my neighborhood offering their services after the 4th of July storm. They were upfront with me an not too pushy like some of the other storm chaser companies I was hearing about. I met with Lee the owner who outlined the process of the insurance claim and repair process clearly. The job was passed onto the project manager JoJo was very insightful and thorough in his explanation of the repairs needed and was in contact with my insurance company from the start to get the process going quickly. I ended up needed a roof replacement as well as gutters and downspouts. During the repairs, they documented the process with photos and connected with the insurance company (Liberty Mutual) on work order changes. They handled the permits, dumpsters, clean up, etc. with no issues whatsoever. My main contact was Jessica for the office admin, scheduling, insurance documentation, etc.....Jessica was phenomenal, always quick to respond (regardless of time or day of the week) with any questions I had was great overseeing the scope of the whole process. The work on the job was quick and done well. 24sq. roof with three levels was ripped off, replaced (with 8 sheets of plywood replaced) and site cleaned up in 8 hrs. Couple days later when the weather cooperated, 100 ft of gutter/downspouts replaced by the time I came home for work. For both jobs, they left extra materials that I requested and site was left clean. All their workers were polite and approachable. I recommended them to friend/neighbors in the area and they are going to do the work for them as well. Top notch job by her and the whole team.
Yes , I am from Cranston RI. This was through my insurance and it felt like a seamless process. Jessica C was so helpful and professional. Brendon the roof contractor was more than accommodating. Would definitely recommend if you encounter a situation where your roof is damaged. Thank you RRCA And a special appreciation to Jessica 😊
After RRCA replaced our roof, we have had multiple leaks. 1st in our daughter's bedroom which they blamed on an ice dam, then another leak in our dining room ceiling. I can't believe this and have no more faith in this company.
Jess from rrca in CT was super helpful and working with me to get roof completed
