RSK Stone fabricates and installs granite, quartz, and marble countertops out of Peabody, Massachusetts — the calls are almost always about a kitchen island, a backsplash, or a bathroom vanity top, not a full room gut. The Better Business Bureau lists the company as nine years in business, carrying an A+ rating with no complaints on file there. The freshest word on RSK Stone right now is mixed. A June 2026 review describes having to bring the crew back several times over scratched and sharp-edged pieces, being charged $1,200 for a chair rail, and RSK keeping the leftover marble remnants from a two-slab purchase instead of returning them. Weeks earlier, another recent five-star review credits sales rep Natalia with matching a stone slab to the colors of a customer's closet — so the most current activity holds both a real complaint and a routine, positive transaction. Zoom out to the full record and the pattern tilts heavily positive: 76 reviews collected since 2021 across six sources, a 4.8-star average on 131 Google ratings, and a Houzz profile carrying a Houzz Award, two Houzz Badges, and 56 listed projects. Year after year, the names that keep coming up are the same two — Natalia and Nicole — credited for walking customers through material choices and keeping installs on schedule, which points to a stable front-of-house team rather than a revolving cast. Worth asking about directly before booking: how RSK handles leftover slab material on a large stone purchase, and what a smaller job like a chair rail or trim piece actually costs, given the recent billing and rework complaint. Nothing else concerning turns up in the broader record — no accreditation issues, no pattern of no-shows or missed schedules. For a granite, quartz, or marble countertop job in a kitchen or bath, RSK's volume and multi-source track record support calling them. Given the one fresh complaint about rework and remnants, get the scope, remnant policy, and price for any add-on work in writing before signing off.

They had to come back several times as they delivered scratched up pieces that needed to be buffed, or sharp edges that needed softening. They charged $1200 for a chair rail. They were careless with the marble and refused to give me the slab remnants. I bought two huge slabs and was told I’d only use 1 1/4 slabs. I want the remainder to use elsewhere. Even though they kept my marble, scratched it and were inconsiderate, they did a great job around the bathtub. For $15,000.

I had my old black granite countertops (2009)removed today and replaced with a cream colored Quartz — which took a long time to find ( several months ) because light cream Quartz is an “ thing” in decorating but not much stock is available . And, when I did find what I liked— it was discontinued. I also wanted to keep the back slash I already had ( which is not an easy task — but Anthony rocked it and was able to save it!) I have to give Natalia a great deal of credit too in making this refresh happen ! She researched , scored samples , and rechecked until we found the right one . She also walked me through the whole process and helped me with getting to the right places for a new sink, faucet and garbage disposal . The installation went really well and Anthony was particularly helpful with my concerns and even came back to buff off a rough edge. RSK and Natalia specifically made this whole process so much more pleasant than I ever thought it would be ! Awesome group!
