Ruggiero Trash Removal

Dumpster got dropped off right before we needed it, but now its full and in a spot that blocks our plow driver from plowing completely and I am 9 months pregnant and trying to squeeze around it. We called last friday to get it picked up and were told early this week. It wasnt picked up so we called again (mind you at least 7-10 times because they don't pick up their phones.) We were then told yesterday, but the dumpster is still sitting here. We can't get ahold of anyone and need the dumpster picked up. Any clue on how to get them to collect their dumpster?

Horrible service and workers!

Joe I met you Years ago at a mutual friends house (gatesy) and we talked about me switching over to your company. Man today your employees were way early than normal and I had cought them coming in to my driveway before I had everything down at the hill. I figured I missed the opportunity but they saw me holding my bags up of recycling and that RWD chassis made it up my driveway...........and down it. Those two gents deserve an atta boy and it sucks I didn't think to tip them, but this review should be worth a little so something for them right Joe?

Very customer oriented!

Amazing, kind, thoughtful pickup crew. I recall the first time I put out the trash after moving to this area. I was floored that the pick-up guy not only put the lids back on my trash and recycle containers, but gave them a good swat to be sure they were tightly on. It took a couple of extra seconds in their very busy route but they earned my trust for life. And no matter who I see out the window doing the job, they always securely pop the lids back on. So rare these days!! Gotta love that!
