A recent Google customer arranged serious electrical work at a sister's home: Ann Marie contacted Scott, he came the next day for an estimate, and the work was done 2 days later. When the sister's washing machine then didn't work, that customer called on a Monday, and the guys came as promised, found the problem and fixed it. A 2025 customer said Scott came the very next day to quote, and a few days later they replaced a bathroom exhaust fan and 2 front door outside lights. A 2019 customer said Scott inspected the site beforehand, gave a fairly priced quote, then came with another tech and got an outside install wired up and tested quickly. A 2018 customer said John and Ryan diagnosed a Jenn-Air cooktop connection quickly, fixed it with the correct kind of wire connectors and stayed within the estimate given over the phone. A 2017 customer said Scott and Nick arrived promptly for a job that needed a new box for a generator connection, a new circuit breaker box and a new meter; in that 2017 account, John and Nick came back the next day to finish. A 2025 Google reviewer who called for generator help said the woman on the phone was friendly, but wrote that it looks like the owner tosses the phone number when he doesn't want the job.
