I’ve been a client since 2016 and they do a fantastic job on my property. They mow and trim weekly, and in the winter they keep both my driveways plowed out. Scott has personally helped shovel when I was away, and his wife has always been super responsive to my last minute requests. And of course I love supporting someone who served our country in the Military too. I highly recommend Sampson’s Lawn care.

The co-owner Corinne is completely unprofessional and has zero project management and customer service skills. Dropped me altogether out of retaliation for her unwillingness to help on any project and my choosing to mow biweekly instead of weekly. She caused me further delays and I am now without someone to mow this late in the season. ****UPDATE TO OWNER'S RESPONSE**** Of course, a typical business trying to make the customer out to be the bad guy. There was no "insistence" on how I wanted the job done. No pressure on my part. Since you're not road repair experts, I simply explained in detail how to properly cure potholes to make sure it was done right That's called project management/ planning and listening to the customer. To say that I insisted you use other equipment than your own is a lie. I was simply confirming whether or not you had a plate compactor to compact my road and you said you would have to rent one. So?? Since it was an issue of possibly driving up the price, that's why I said you could have just used a tamper. I have every right to express my experience on any platform, so for you to tell me the contrary and essentially silence me and accuse me of being the liar when you're the one who has spewed untruths just goes to show the type of person you are, Corinne. If you couldn't help me with the road, then fine. I would have been ok with that and understood. But it wasn't necessary to drop me altogether and leave me without a mower late in the season, and bully the customer I had to spend a great deal of time searching for someone and by the time I finally did the lawn was severely overgrown, causing myself and the owners undo stress. So you're not the victim Corinne. No accountability on your part, truly unapologetic, and irritational behavior. You haven't a clue how to run a business and I am sure your husband will find out if he hasn't already that YOU are hurting his company's reputation - NOT the customer! You've nobody to blame but yourself.

Scott from Sampson Lawn Care was very quick in answering all my questions about cost for delivery and materials. As soon as I was ready for delivery they were able to deliver the next morning, at the exact time that was stated! I would highly recommend using them for all your lawn care needs!
