On Google it holds 4.9 stars from 118 ratings. A recent customer who needed a cherry tree thinned and trimmed said Andy out of Old Saybrook did the job, cleaned up the mess and left a shaped tree. That customer said the other estimates were double or even triple his price, and that those companies tried to upsell. A recent reviewer said Andy Harazim and his crew completed a two-day tree removal project, and that the property looked spotless when the crew left. A recent customer wrote that the crew pruned a dogwood and shrubs around the house. A recent customer said the seasonal treatment plan is spelled out and that the company notifies in advance when it is coming. In a 2025 review, a customer said Andy came out less than 24 hours after the call, assessed about 50 trees near the house and quoted $1300 for two trees he explained were risks.
