One recent customer said Chris and Roy dropped large parts of some very big trees exactly where they planned on a difficult removal. A recent customer said Brendon and Nate spent over three hours up in the bucket cutting dead limbs off a huge ash tree and chipping the downed branches. When a tree branch fell against a 100-year-old house in a storm, a recent customer said the team removed it without any damage to the house or a nearby air conditioning unit. Lawn and plant care runs alongside the tree work. Derek applied lime and fertilizer for one recent customer, and a recent customer said the tech who treated their lawn explained the treatment and the next steps. A 2025 customer said the company was on site within a couple of days and took down five very large trees with a crane. A 2024 customer said two men pruned five trees, including a Japanese maple, two dogwoods and a blue spruce, taking down the height and cutting them away from the house and a neighbor's garage. A 2022 customer described a full day of crane service with a five-man team, priced at a fixed rate for the half or full day. A 2024 customer gave one star, saying the company rescheduled without their consent, the job ran from the end of June to the end of September, and the tree was not trimmed far enough away from the house.
