On Angi, it says all work is done by one owner and a helper, and it lists Londonderry, NH among the areas it works. Its BBB page shows an A+ grade, and Angi shows 4.9 stars from 15 ratings. Its Angi reviews date from 2006 to 2016. In a 2013 review, a customer who hired Scott Richard to install a paver patio and repair crumbling mortar on a garage foundation said they also helped correct a previous patio pitched towards the house, and that during 6 inches of rain the water streamed off right where they said it would. In a separate 2013 review, a customer said Scott's work left their chimney in great condition, with no damage to the roof, house or yard. In a 2014 review, a customer with a 100 year old 3 family apartment building said Scott walked the job and quoted repointing the stone foundation on the spot, and the 2 man crew worked all day; the customer wrote that Scott did not take payment until they were satisfied with the completed job. In a 2015 review, a customer said Scott arrived a few minutes early for the estimate, offered to do the job on the spot, finished in less than 30 minutes and cleaned up the area afterward. In a 2006 review, a customer called the repair work well done but described communication as a bit touch and go, and said the driveway was left a mess of cement dust, sand and construction crew trash after they paid on the last day of the job.
Very well. Job was started and completed on time. Workers are very professional and they cleaned all areas upon completion.
Scott came out and quoted and was competitive with the other quotes I received. I felt that Scott seemed to have the most experience and inspired the most confidence for something I know little about. Once the weather warmed up Scott and his crew came out and finished the work in 2-3 hours. Had me take a look and left the area clean and neat. I will end up using Scott again for any masonry needs.
I initially contacted Scott via Angieslist messaging. Got a a response in less than 24 hours with his phone number. We then communicated via text. He scheduled a time to come out for estimate. He arrived right on time (even better he was a few minutes early). Gave me the estimate & offered to do the job on the spot. He was done in less than 30 minutes, and was extra careful to make sure finished product looked as clean & professional as possible. He cleaned up area afterward. I was very impressed with all aspect of the job. Would definitely recommend Scott!

Called 3 stone masons to get quotes on repointing the stone foundation on a 100 year old 3 family apartment building. Two returned my call and came out to see the job within a couple days. Scott was prompt for the appointment, walked the job and gave me a quote on the spot saying he could complete the job in one day and was available to start the next week. The other stone mason came to the site, said it would take 3 days but, never sent me a quote. Scott and his crew arrived on time and Scott started off the project and then left his crew to do the work. Scott does not take payment until I am satisfied with the completed job. The 2 man crew worked all day, was polite, professional and friendly, and encouraged my input and worked to my satisfaction.
