Working with SGO and Siloe was a great experience! Siloe was very honest, and communicative around pricing and the work and parts required, and our attic repair looked great! We fully intend to use SGO in the future for more home improvement work!

Our back deck was unsafe and needed rebuilding. SGO worked efficiently and installed sturdy railings. The new structure feels solid and secure. We're already planning summer gatherings. I'm glad we chose SGO.

We are very happy with our new deck! It took them about 3 weeks to build it and we were able to negotiate size and materials in order to fit within our budget. They provided a dumpster and port-a-potty, and their workers were hard working and respectful of our space. They should probably consider changing their contract template, as the original contract they sent did not include the deck specifications in it, but they fixed it after a quick text. Other than that, I am very happy with the finished product and the value we got for the price. They were the most affordable of the 3 companies we got quotes from, and the deck feels sturdy and looks great!

If I could give SGO more than 5 stars, I would. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely outstanding. The craftsmanship on my backsplash exceeded my expectations — every detail was done with precision, care, and true professionalism. You can tell they take pride in their work. What impressed me even more was the customer service. They were responsive, respectful, punctual, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. My kitchen feels completely transformed, and I’ve already received so many compliments on the backsplash. I highly recommend SGO to anyone looking for beautiful work done by people who genuinely care about their customers and their craft.
