Avoid Shepard Roofing. The work is sloppy, they cannot communicate effectively with clients, and they do not stand by their service. They did repairs on our rubber roof 4.5 years ago, and it's already falling apart (see photo). Our warranty is good for another five years, so we asked someone to return and repair the rips. After several weeks fighting with the owner, someone finally came back out -- he took 30 minutes to smear glue over the rips, which fell off after one rainfall. They refuse to return our calls and now we're having to spend more money to have a reputable company fix their mess.

Steve helped us repair a leaking roof. He was honest and took care of the work quickly. Highly recommend!

I needed a leaking roof vent replaced. Steve answered the phone when I called and quickly came out for a quote. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. No pressure either. The price was fair, and Steve & Matt arrived 2 days later and completed the repair in two hours. The vent is better than the original, and they added more Ice and water dam than the original builder did. Matt also checked on a raised shingle while up there and assessed the roof. I plan on using them for a new roof in a few years. This was a great experience and I highly recommend Shepard Roofing.
