Highlights
- Established operator — company says it has 35+ years of freight-forwarding experience
- Not a mover — this is a commercial freight forwarder, not residential movers
- Schedule dispute — one review reports a container arrived weeks later than quoted
Despite matching a moving-related search, this Quincy business is actually an international freight forwarder — arranging ocean container (FCL/LCL), air cargo, and RORO shipping through an online rate calculator — not a residential moving company. It describes itself as a licensed freight forwarder with '35+ years of logistics expertise,' though no founding date or owner is given. The public record here is thin: just a handful of reviews on file dating back to 2022, and the one individual review describes a scheduling dispute over an inaccurate delivery estimate. If household movers are what's needed, this isn't the business to call — its work is commercial international freight forwarding. Anyone shipping cargo internationally should confirm delivery schedules in writing before paying an invoice, given the complaint on record.

If you’re working with this company please validate the shipping schedule before making payment for your invoice. I was given a shipping schedule for shipping a 40ft container , after confirming the schedule that worked best for me from the options I was given, I paid my invoice. Subsequently I loaded the container and it was shipped, once I was given the (BOL) bill of laden , I tracked the shipment and noticed that the information I was given when I made the booking was incorrect. My container was now arriving 6 weeks later than was quoted and confirmed, when I contacted the shipper , I was notified that they made an error when providing me the shipping schedule, I was very upset, they did nothing to rectify this error , infact they ignored my emails , I followed up several times with the shipper but no response. So I paid for a service to get my shipment at particular time and because of an error they made and confirmed it was their error they did nothing to fix the issue. Their mistake cost me thousands of dollars because of a late shipment of 30 plus days.

Secondly they are a broker and not a direct shipper, they don’t have direct access to book with the carrier , they are using another company to make the booking on their behalf, this is possibly why they gave me wrong information or maybe they intentionally lied to get my business knowing that they could delivery as they quoted. RUN!

From the moment I first spoke to Andy from the company on my first call, I knew I was in exceptionally good hands. The time and patience he took to familiarize me with the process of shipping impressed me and allayed all my fears and nervousness as I had never shipped freight before. I had to put 3 more calls in to him for more questions during the next couple of days, and he provided me with the same courtesy and patience each time. Subsequent to my interaction with Andy, I had emails over the course of the next week from Virginie de Jaham and Fiorella Barrera who provided me with service and instructions. Each one of these women could not have been more helpful or given me better guidance during this process. Andres Guerra-Mondragan and Jorge Otero were included in the email chain and I would like to thank them as well. It is rare these days to receive this type of professionalism and incredible service along with the industry’s most competitive prices from any company like I did from Lujan International. Thank you all again!

Excellent knowledge and personal handholding. At every step as we shipped nice family stuff across the world, we had guidance and truly good people helping and advising what to do for speed and value. Plus flexibility as we continue to work out best final home delivery address. I thank Virginie, Fiorella, Andy and the folks they work with for our residential pick up and final delivery. It's a big endeavor, but you made it simple. Plus, a great cost vs. other companies we spoke with!

Shout out! I am riding a motorcycle 🏍 around the world and one of the things I need is a
*reliable
*reasonably priced
*honest and
professional export shipping and customs clearance broker.
👉🏻👉🏻 Global Max Network . is it! 👍

Let me tell you why —
Finding a good broker is not easy as my past experiences have taught me. I need a company that can manage the task of pick up, paperwork, customs clearance and export shipping. Global Max Network, handled my crated motorcycle shipment to Brazil via air cargo with relative ease and professionalism from A-Z. They also took care of the handoff to my import Broker in Brazil 🇧🇷 with great expertise. By chance I found Global Max Network and I am sure glad that I did. When there were changes, delays or problems Virginie and the staff were reachable and problem solvers. I cannot say enough good about this company! Great job 👏 and well done!

Matthew Nocas @manothegreek on Instagram and MotoVisionX on YouTube.
