Our experience with Silva Landscaping was quite honestly the best experience we have had in years with a contractor! Shawn was extremely knowledgeable on every aspect of his work. He listened and did everything exactly the way we wanted it to be. One thing that meant a lot to us was how he handled all the permits and speaking to the the town and state on our behalf. He got done in days what was taking us years in red tape. We were so impressed with not only Shawn but also his workers who we admired for their attention to details and their willingness to work hard. This was a solid operation from start to finish. My husband and I kept saying that this was like, old-time, hard-working, skilled craftsmen, with an amazing work ethic. We wholeheartedly recommend this company 100%.
Silva services did a incredible job transforming our home on the hill, drainage corrected, walkways, steps and stone walls. They did it all and it looks fantastic. Highly recommend their work.
Shawn and his crew were awesome to work with. Shawn spent a lot of time with us discussing options and details for granite steps, and thoroughly answered our (many) questions. He’s extremely knowledgeable, honest and experienced, which we really appreciated as somewhat new homeowners. We love our new steps and will definitely work with Shawn again for future projects!
I called over ten hardscape contractors for my project over the course of a couple years. Some didn't return my call, most showed up and never gave me a price, and one gave me a price and strung me along for a year. And then I reached out to Sean Silva, and less than a year later I'm sitting on my new patio and enjoying my new wall & steps. So, save yourself some time and start here.
