Found Abilio through Angi. He gave a competitive price and did a great job painting our bathroom, fixing the wall where our towel bar fell and hung new ones There was a scheduling conflict on the original planned date; but he reschedule to just 2 days later. He got it all done in 1 day
I have multiple rentals in Bridgeport. Abilio did a good job on our 1st home and the experience was great. We received pictures and videos throughout the process. We then agreed to paint the 2nd home (select interiors) for $1,000. When the job was done I paid him assuming everything was up to satisfaction, my mistake. When my tenants arrived (first to the home) they were met with random off-color streaks throughout the home. It is one thing to paint a whole wall close to a color, but a whole other level of laziness to just paint over select affected areas to leave the home looking like a horror show. After multiple attempts to encourage Abilio to do the right thing and work with me on renovating a clearly terrible job, he refused. I never post reviews, but if I can save someone the hassle of what I went through, I trust this post will help. Feel free to email me ([email protected]) for actual screenshots of our dialog and pic of his "$1,000" paint job that is costing $2k to fix.
Abilio stopped by and provided estimate within 24 hours. Had 2 decks cleaned, sanded, and 2 coats stain. Decks look terrific! Like new. He was friendly, timely, and professional. Highly recommend using his business.Ralph A M.
Abolino was a pleasure to have in my home did an excellent job was fun to be around would recommend him to anyone who's looking for a decent person to do a good job
He reached out to me through Angie's. He came to the house I explained the job and showed him the part of the house that the same installation was done. He gave an estimate to complete and we agreed for him to start the morning of 10/15/24. He came asked for a deposit which gave him ($1500.) via Zelle. He didn't do any work that day. He returned Wednesday morning at 10am and did the necessary demolition of the first portion of the facia/soffit (2-3hrs). He returned Thursday morning about 1030am with materials that were wrong for the project, I informed of this again showing him the front which was already done. He left and returned with the right materials minus the needed vinyl tract material. He said he was going to use a wood finish. I insisted that he complete the job with the correct materials which is what he agreed to. he then began to install the materials wrong. I repeatedly went out to check on him because of the material switch. I informed him that he was installing it wrong and made it clear I wanted the project done correctly and that i wasn't happy with the short cuts and with him acting as If I had notshown him the previously completed part of the vinyl soffits which he could see from the portion he was working on. He stated, he wasn't happy either and now that he understood what he needed to do, would I allow him to complete the portion he started, and that he would finish it Friday and then if I was ok with it we could move forward to complete the rest. I said ok that's sounds fair. Friday he started but didn't finish the portion again. He said he doesn't work on Saturday but could he come to complete it Sunday. I agreed to him finishing what he started due to there not being much left to do. Once he finished after all day Sunday, I told him I didn't feel good about him moving forward to the bigger portions of the project and that i would like an invoice of what he spent on materials so we can come to an agreement on the portion he did do. The total project was supposed to be completed for $5600. it entailed the full rear, and both sides of the house. he completed a fourth (10 feet) of one side of the house
