A 2025 customer praised Doug and said they could not imagine doing business with any other oil company. A 2024 customer said they were charged two months after a May 1 oil fill the company said it made, with no call, email or letter, and found Shelly very rude when they called about it. A 2024 reviewer said the company would not help someone who was not a customer.
