In a 2016 review, a customer who needed to be plowed out early for a hospital shift said Keith came by the next day to look at the property, quoted a very reasonable price, and was at the house at 6:30AM and finished by 7AM. A separate 2016 review says Keith looked at a snow removal job, gave a price and did it the next day, then took pictures and sent them, so that movers could get in and out. Another 2016 review of a plowing job says the lot was opened for business as needed and the customer was charged only for times they were there. In a 2018 review, Kevin responded to an inquiry and was at the house to quote an estimate within an hour, then completed the job as agreed. A 2017 review says the work was completed within 2 days and started only a few days after the hire. A 2021 review calls the work on time from start to finish, with the clean up perfect. In a 2016 review, Keith came back to finish a job after he had not been sure where the property line was. A 2016 review of a clean up was less happy: some leaves and twigs were still there, and the customer expected more to be done considering the price. A 2016 plowing review says the gravel drive would probably need more stone added in spring, which that customer put down to the stone drive rather than the plowing.
