What makes the deep cleans easy to judge is that reviewers itemize them. Second, the same team turns up in reviews under several names — Eliane Green, Eliane Green Services, Elaine Green House Cleaning — so do not be thrown if the text thread or the invoice does not say South Shore Pro Cleaners. One more thing worth knowing, because it is the only low rating on the page: a January 2026 one-star poster wrote that they had never hired the company at all and were complaining about being cut off while driving in Pembroke center. Nothing in it touches the cleaning. Best fit: a household that wants a hard reset on the house and then someone reliable every two weeks, or a landlord who needs a unit turned over without being there.
