Ryan, the owner of southcoast concrete is a great guy to do business with. His main man brad and his crew did a excellent job on a concrete patio for my mother. He was beyond reasonable for the work that he and his hardworking crew provided. The communication was excellent and he and his crew were by far a pleasure to do business with. Ryan, and the crew were extremely responsive, respectful, very neat and organized and especially very hard working. He's the man to call if you want any concrete work done. 1000% recommended. The whole crew are all great craftsman and especiallyall good men. And a very special ty to Brad pacheco, Ryan's main guy for doing such a great job on the patio for my mother, he's a excellent concrete finisher, and a great man. they all are. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about SouthCoast Concrete!!!! They were SO professional and got the job done when they said they would in a timely manner !!! Everything from coming for an estimate, to giving the quote , start date of the job and when it will be done. I have NEVER worked with any company that was this good with communication, follow through and quality of work like SouthCOast Concrete. I will definitely recommend them to everyone and anyone who needs concrete projects done ! Thank you again .

Update 10/1/2024: I reached out to Ryan on 8/29/2024 because our patio is now sinking. When he left us on June 2023, He told me If I have any problems in the future to please be sure to reach out to him. Well I have a problem still do to them not grading the area properly and now one side of our patio is sunk. So my only resolution at this time is to find another company that will come out incorrect the problem that was left by this company. Please see the last four phots and you'll see our problem. Update: June 2023: RESOLUTION REACHED! My previous review of this company was a 1 star. I am pleased to say I can now give them a 5 star rating. I can say I am now pleased with my patio. After seeing the photos and several prescripted corrections, it was determined that the patio needed to be removed and re-done. The decision was made to wait until the weather was a bit more stable. The day of my appointment the crew showed up on time and removed the area of the patio that we had discussed and by that evening everything was complete. The patio was now completely level and after the last majoring rain we had no standing water. I can definitely say to give him a chance, Ryan did stand behind coming back out with no problems. He even told me that if there were problems in the future to be sure to let him know. I left my previous review below just so you would know that this has been resolved. WARNING: BUYER BEWARE: we had SouthCoast Sealcoating and Concrete of Swansea,MA do our stamped Concrete patio, about two weeks ago. Looked great and we were happy until it rained. Well we got standing water in one corner. We contacted Ryan Carvehlo (owner) about our problem. Twice he said he'd be out. We had a delivery coming and I told him I couldn't hold them off any longer. I was frustrated and told him not to come, because it was going to be after the delivery. Well after this past weekend rain I reached out to him twice for a solution. No response, not even a text. I usually don't like to complain about small business because they are the fabric of our country, but when you lie and don't stand behind your work, then I'm going to tell everyone I know so they don't get the shortend of the stick. So now off to find someone to correct the problem.

Came out on time and did a wonderful job.did concrete around gas station pumps . really nice job and finish work.

After multiple attempts to get my driveway sealcoated I gave up on this guy. He wouldn't return phone calls or text messages and then said he was going to do it and never showed up or answered his phone. STAY AWAY from this company.
