Southern Maine Roofs

This was our first roof replacement and the guys from Southern Maine Roofs made the entire process easy. Murphy was on site within a day of us requesting a quote and was very professional. We were scheduled for a new roof within a week of accepting the quote. The quoting process was very detailed, and we were left with no surprises with the final contract price. Our entire roof was replaced in a single day, along with some replacement decking and the removal of our unused chimney. The final product looks great and everything was installed with precision and good workmanship. Could not recommend them enough!

I rarely write reviews but I was so impressed with Southern Maine Roofs that I had to share. They recently replaced the entire roof on my home and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The team was professional and friendly at every step, from the initial inspection and free estimate to the final cleanup. The project manager took time to explain all my options, even showing me different shingle samples and colors, and answered my many questions with patience. When it came time for the job, the crew arrived on time and worked hard all day. They protected my flower beds and yard and even cleaned up thoroughly before they left. You wouldn’t even know I had construction going on except for the gorgeous new roof. The final price was exactly what they quoted me with no surprises, and the quality of workmanship is top-notch. We’ve already had one heavy rainstorm since and not a single leak or issue. The new roof looks beautiful and gives me real peace of mind. I highly recommend Southern Maine Roofs to anyone in need of roofing work. Look no further if you want honesty, quality, and outstanding customer service.
