An overgrown yard turned around in about a week is the kind of job people hire Sovereign Building Services/ Lawn Care Services for. On Thumbtack, the company says it has more than 15 years in the landscaping industry and lists sod installation, mulch beds, spring and fall cleanup, bush trimming and snow removal. On its BBB page it describes itself as offering commercial janitorial services, landscaping and snow removal. A recent customer walked the yard with Victor, had a written quote from Percy that night, and said the work came the next week exactly as discussed: edging, trimmed trees, cut grass and some seeding. Weeding, a brick walkway cleanup and deck power washing were the job for one recent customer, who called the pricing fair. On Thumbtack the company holds 4.6 stars from 203 ratings, and its BBB grade is A+. A 2024 customer said overgrown flower beds were cleaned up and re-mulched, with the work on time and quick. A 2024 customer paid $250 for a yard clean up and planned to keep them for mowing. A 2025 customer said Percy's crew made adjustments as the customer assessed their work. A 2021 customer who wanted a clean up before a storm said Percy later texted to ask whether the job could wait until spring, and that he threatened to give the customer a bad review.
Amazing work! I’m extremely happy with how everything turned out. He was professional, reliable, and did a fantastic job with my lawn and landscaping. Everything was cleaned up beautifully and the yard looks so much better. He was also easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. I’ll definitely be using him for ongoing lawn care and future landscaping projects. Highly recommend!
They were very responsive and professional throughout the process. They did a fantastic job on my yard and were reasonably priced. I will be hiring them again.
Sovereign Building Services did an excellent job at a fair price! I will definitely choose them again, and I will recommend them to anyone who needs lawn care services in the area.
Sovereign Lawn Care Services did an excellent job in organizing my overgrown yard. I met with Victor and walked the yard, discussed what I wanted and that night had a quote from Percy in writing! They came the next week and did the work exactly as discussed. My lawn looks organized now, all edging done and trees trimmed as well as grass cut and some seeding. I will be using them for bi-weekly grass cutting. Don't hesitate to contact Percy for any service, you won't be disappointed.
Very happy with the work they did. They took great care weeding our lawn, cleaning up our brick walkway, and did a thorough job power washing our deck. They were responsive, flexible with scheduling, and easy to work with. The pricing was fair, and the quality of the work was excellent. We’d be happy to use them again and would recommend them.
