I've worked with Dave on both home renovation and home improvement projects for the last 5 years. He helped me turn an unused attic into a beautiful Airbnb with a stunning bathroom and renovate a 100 year old house. Any idea I bring to him, he makes it better. He's great at breaking down a project and explaining the process and identifying places to save vs. spend. I trust him and his team fully and they've never failed to deliver.

Dave did a beautiful job installing new kitchen tile in our 1890s home with every old-house-quirk known to man. A second time we had him out was when a plumbing leak had us terrified; a 24-hour emergency plumber insisted we’d need to take an entire ceiling down, but Dave came out right away and assured us that it was completely unnecessary. Turns out a small plumbing fix was all we needed; he saved us thousands!

We had a fantastic experience with Square East Building Co. after our basement flooded. They came in and not only installed a sump pump and drainage systems to prevent future issues, but they also completely revamped our basement layout. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and attentive to our needs. The quality of their work was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to perfection. We now have peace of mind knowing our basement is properly protected from future flooding, and it looks better than ever. 10/10 would recommend David and his company. When my wife and I purchased our house there was some bad damage done to the floors by the previous owners. We knew we would need to replace the floors in the first floor living space and also wanted to refinish the basement. We used Square East and were so impressed with their handiwork, professionalism, reasonable pricing, and the speed ofthe project's completion. This is the second home that my wife has used this contractor for and we will definitely be using Square East for future projects.

David and his team are so incredibly talented. I had an issue with some ice dams a few years ago and water got in my bathroom. It was a total loss. I took the opportunity to refinish it and couldn’t be happier with the results. In the design, he made the floor plan so much better and created space where very little existed previously. Would choose Square East time and time again!
