A recent 3-star customer found a tear and a stain on a mattress after watching the movers pull it out of a mattress bag; the company agreed to pay for the repair or replacement, but more than 10 days later the credit had not arrived and the customer filed a credit card dispute. A recent 1-star customer said the owner texted two minutes before the contracted time that they would be an hour late, and that a promised deposit refund had not come more than two weeks later. That customer also wrote that the company is based in CT and charges a $50 travel fee for New York jobs. A 2025 customer said they were overcharged outside of the contract and that the movers left their things on the street. A 2023 customer said the movers arrived 4 hours late and that two weeks later the deposit the contract promised had not come back. In a 2022 review, a customer said the movers arrived 2 hours and 15 minutes late, took 6.5 hours to load one bedroom and left many of their things damaged.
I have such mixed reviews about this company, but I think it’s because I was partially being gaslit. The guys that did the move were polite and moved quickly. The communication before and after the service was great. I found a tear and a stain on a mattress, after witnessing the movers pull it out of a mattress bag that I had it in “because it was easier to move that way”. I reached out to the company and they agreed to pay for the repair/replacement of the mattress. I was impressed about their handling of that. So when I found a half dollar hole in a wall behind where they stacked boxes and put a curtain rod through the wall, I didn’t say anything. My partner said no big deal and he would fix it. Then the communication started to drag. What was usually quick responses was now a day or two to respond. It’s now it’s been more than 10 days since they said they would send me a receipt showing they credited my account and not only have I not received the credit, but also haven’t had any updates. I think that what happened during the move, is a normal part of doing business and probably movers need a retraining about pulling things out of protective bags. The company’s handing of the refund though is unprofessional at this point and has given me an icky feeling, when I was originally feeling very positive and would have left a 5 star review with ease. BE CAUTIOUS is my recommendation. I have now filed a dispute with my credit card company regarding the amount they agreed to refund, plus to cover the repair of the whole in the wall.

I was very much satisfied with this company for moving my one piece of furniture. the movers were very polite courteous and moved my item with no problems. the company contact kept me informed throughout the whole process I was very pleased with that. I definitely will use them again for moving some other items that I need
amazing move quick ,efficient and affordable. Max & his partner were amazing and respectful full start to finish .Well worth the money spent. Just kept them hydrated because it was extremely hot. They were respectful took good care of everything. would definitely recommend. 5 stars is not enough .Thank You for everything easiest move I have made definitely recommend. From start to finish . They also do junk removal.
