St. Onge Septic Tank Service, Inc.

Septic pumping, inspections and replacement systems are all part of St. Onge Septic Tank Service's work in Goffstown. The company says it has been family owned and operated since 1972 and handles residential and commercial tanks, along with repairs, line snaking, septic design and installation. BBB gives it an A+ grade and dates its business start to 1974. A July 2026 homebuyer praises a thorough inspection and says Kourtney quickly supplied the inspection report and repair estimate. Another July customer describes a failed line between their house and tank: Roger got things working, advised replacing the old piping with PVC, and offered them the option of doing the digging themselves to save money. The customer says they dug it up and Roger completed the replacement in under four hours when he returned from vacation. A May 2026 reviewer, writing while a new septic system was being finished, says the crew kept them informed about the plan and followed its timetable. In a July 2025 review, a pumping customer said Roger located and dug up a second tank cover and left the yard without damage. A January 2026 reviewer described a quick response to an emergency cleanout and a technician who explained ways to reduce future problems. There is also a specific complaint about pumping. In November 2024, a customer alleged that the driver pumped only the secondary compartment of a two-compartment tank, discarded its filter and did not find or pump the primary compartment. The customer feared this could shorten the system's life. Google reports 4.7 stars from 46 ratings. A May 2026 Reddit commenter recommended St. Onge, while a November 2023 Google customer said they had used the company for 20 years.
