The 1921 founding is the company's own claim, and its BBB page tells a different story — not accredited, no rating, business started 1/1/2012, three employees — so if longevity is part of why you're hiring them, ask them to square the two. For a panel upgrade, a service call, or the kind of small fix somebody else already did wrong, this is a sensible shop to ring — the work people describe is careful, and the explaining seems to be part of the job. Just go in knowing the written history is three reviews deep and all from this year, so ask for references on anything larger than a service visit, and confirm who will actually be doing the work.
