We recently collaborated on a rather large, extensive renovation of a master suite with Stephanie of Stephanie Freeman Design. Working with her starting from the design phase, through the construction phase to final completion was terrific. Her attention to detail, design skill and communication throughout the project were all excellent, professional and helped us keep the project moving. The results are beautiful! We highly recommend her and look forward to having the opportunity to work with her again in the future.

One of the greatest challengers we face as a builder is having complete and current information in the field. Stephanie and her team delivered one of the most comprehensive finish schedules I have ever seen. Her attention to detail in the presentation of information to us was matched with the same attention to detail to the design itself. It is one thing to have a designer that can create beautiful things but it isn’t always accompanied by the administrative detail that Stephanie and her team provided. A great team to work with. Stephanie Freeman Design looked promising based on her portfolio, but the experience was not as advertised. The designs lacked the sophistication I was expecting, and many elements were poorly executed. Finishes looked rushed, and several details were not aligned with what we had agreed upon. The lack of quality control was frustrating, and I ended up hiring someone else to redo parts of the work. For the investment, I expected far more care, creativity, and professionalism.
