One visit to a smart-home house turned into a long punch list for Stewart Electrical: a customer says a two-man team added C-wire capability for three thermostats, put hidden power behind two wall-mounted smart home dashboards, added and upgraded outlets throughout the house and converted an old 220V deck circuit to 110V. The same customer says the two electricians also evaluated existing Cat5e telephone wiring for conversion to a wired Ethernet network, and called the work neat. The company describes itself on its website as having been in business for 40 years and offering 24/7 emergency service. The calls run from small to whole-house. One customer wrote simply that a new main electrical panel was put in. Another said Eddie and his crew did the electrical work for a remodeling job and called them friendly, fast and meticulous. A customer who was without power said the company responded quickly and that Ed diagnosed the problem within minutes. On Google, the company holds 4.9 stars from 45 ratings.

We had Stewart Electrical at our home last Friday, and their two-man team did an outstanding job tackling a long and varied list of electrical projects. They added C-wire capability for three thermostats, installed hidden power behind two wall-mounted smart home dashboards, added and upgraded outlets throughout the house, converted an old 220V deck circuit to 110V and even checked the wiring behind our stove. Everything was done neatly and professionally, and they were terrific about working through some of the less-than-routine requests associated with our smart-home setup. What impressed me most was their willingness to take on such a diverse punch list and think through each job rather than simply doing the obvious thing and moving on. They also evaluated our existing Cat5e telephone wiring to determine how it could be converted into a proper wired Ethernet network while retaining the existing phone connections. Both electricians were knowledgeable, efficient, careful in our home, and easy to work with. We got an enormous amount accomplished in a single visit, and the quality of the work was excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to use Stewart Electrical again and highly recommend them.
