A lot of these jobs start with another painter's mess. In February 2025 a homeowner had two stairways redone that a previous painter had finished after a new build without proper preparation. In a January 2024 Angi review, a customer whose new-build home had been left unfinished said Chris walked the house with them and explained exactly what had been done incorrectly and why it looked that way. Across 56 Google ratings averaging 4.9, with written accounts going back to 2017, the specifics keep landing on prep. A January 2026 customer with a very old house and tricky walls described Chris caulking and skim-coating where it was needed, even when that meant repeat trips back. In October 2025 another had cracked plaster walls and a damaged ceiling repaired before their daughter's room was painted. Its BBB page is an A+. The jobs scale up, too. A November 2023 reviewer had an entire house in Raynham painted in three days; an August 2024 customer had close to 3,000 interior square feet done; and an August 2025 client had a 3,400-square-foot office painted before bringing the crew home for a few rooms there. Color help comes with it — a March 2026 customer said Chris was clear about the tradeoffs between light and dark shades before they committed, and a June 2024 homeowner had a color matched from another room in the house. The one bad account is recent and worth knowing about. A reviewer in June 2026 left one star: Chris came out and sent a quote they agreed to at the beginning of April, and after that, they wrote, he ignored every call and voicemail. That complaint is about getting the work started, not about the painting itself. For interior work on an older house — cracked plaster, a previous paint job that went wrong, colors you can't quite settle on — this is the crew people keep calling back. When you accept the quote, get the start date in writing, and ask Chris directly how he will stay in touch once the job is on the schedule.
