- Chronic pain relief — recent clients cite eased nerve and shoulder pain
- Wrong category — offers stretch therapy and massage, not moving services
Stretch N Motion is not a moving company — it's a stretch-therapy and massage studio with locations in Braintree and Weymouth, Massachusetts. Alicia Kelly, a Certified Stretch Therapist, owns and runs it alongside co-founder Charles Lunney, a massage therapist, and a small team of practitioners. On Google, the shop holds a five-star average across 113 ratings, and recent clients keep describing relief from the kind of aches a moving company would never touch: a 60-year-old client with chronic nerve pain and multiple musculoskeletal issues says weekly sessions with Andrew let her move and breathe more easily, a longtime client credits Chuck and Drew's work with easing a years-old shoulder dislocation, and a military veteran with shoulder injuries says the team has been careful with his training and recovery. There's nothing in its history about hauling, packing, or transporting anything — the business offers assisted stretch therapy and massage, full stop, and it turned up here on a name overlap with the moving trade, not an actual match. If you're looking for movers, this isn't your listing. If you're near Braintree or Weymouth dealing with chronic tightness or an old injury, its five-star history is worth a look — just book it as a wellness appointment, not a moving job.

I have been going to SNM for almost a year now. I have been getting different types of body work for years, and they are great, especially for the value. I love going and cannot recommend it enough.

I have been coming to Stretch N Motion for over a year now. I have had various aches and pains from old lifting and martial arts injuries and had heard good things about the company from friends at my boxing gym. I figured I'd come for one session and see what this myofascial massage/stretch thing was all about. I was immediately hooked and bought a package. Andrew does incredible myofascial work with assisted stretch. As an athlete he understands the importance of his clients staying active and offers helpful tips to strengthen weak areas to prevent future injuries, which I really appreciate. In addition, I love that Stretch N Motion is a small, family run business staffed by people who really care about their clients. I am so happy I found this place.

I have been in and out of Physical Therapy places for well over a decade. Stretch and Motion is by far the best place I’ve stepped in for recovery. If you are hurting with nagging injuries looking for a way out or an athlete looking for an edge and or just a person looking for longevity and greater mobility for yourself this place is for you. 5 stars for sure. You can’t go wrong here.

Andrew is a knowledgeable and compassionate therapist who has been helping me (a 60 year old woman) on a weekly basis for many months. His expertise has enabled him to become a resilient therapist, able to pivot his treatment approach to address my ever evolving issues. In addition to various comorbidities, I have multiple muscular skeletal issues that create chronic nerve pain and limited range of motion. Immediately after treatment, I am able to move more easily and breathe more fully, providing much needed relief living in a body with many issues. When I’m at my worst (walking with cane or walker), I find that each day after Andrew’s treatment, I continue to improve to the point of no longer needing an apparatus by my next weekly appointment. Andrew is an integral part of my wellness plan, who often provides notes and observations for me to follow and pass along to the rest of my health professionals (physical therapist, orthopedic surgeon, pain management doctors and PCP). He is an excellent listener, who is able to treat the whole-of-you by considering the core source of your symptoms. I am confident that Andrew will alleviate any challenging mobility issues that you may have. Bonus - you will enjoy the spirited and collegial atmosphere of this practice - you will have fun even while enduring the pain of treatment! Do not hesitate to schedule your appointment today!
