Palmer Ma. My Landlady needed to have immediate work done on old wiring...old breakers...even work a a few ceiling lights in my apartment. She called I believe, seven electricians. Only two returned her call. Joe was one of them. Joe Delaney is professional, letting me know what he was doing and why. I'm just the tenant...but it was important I understood. He was on time for the job, which took three days. Respectful of my residence...and had his own vacuum to clean up. I can't talk about pricing, I'm not involved in that part....Highly recommended.
