I recently sold a family property on Cape Cod as part of an estate sale, and Sue Menard was exceptional from start to finish. There were multiple family members involved, a long family history behind the house, and more than a few unexpected complications. Sue handled all of it with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. Her communication was excellent. She kept us informed every step of the way, responded quickly, and gave honest, thoughtful advice. She didn't just tell us what we wanted to hear; I felt like she was truly looking out for our interests. When problems came up, Sue jumped in and found solutions. She handled the negotiation with confidence and composure. She kept the buyer engaged and the process moving during an uncertain stretch. On top of that, she went above and beyond - meeting contractors, managing details, and keeping things moving when it would have been easy for things to stall. Sue is exactly who you want in your corner. I'm incredibly grateful for everything she did and would recommend her without hesitation.
