Sue's Residential Cleaning

After a not great experience with another cleaning company, we contacted Sue and were lucky she had space to fit us into her schedule. She cleaned our house for over a year, and we only stopped using her services because we moved away. She was an efficient cleaner, always respected our home and our pets, and was flexible with my work from home job if I needed her to start in a different area of the house than usual. I would recommend her without hesitation. Thank you, Sue, for taking care of us so well.

Over 25 years Sue has been cleaning for me. Not enough good words about her can be said. She works very hard, is very meticulous, and very thoughtful. Most importantly Sue is incredibly trust worthy - I never have had to worry when she is at my house and never will. I can't recommend Sue highly enough. Really 25 years should say it all! :)

Wonderful! Sue is the real deal. We’ve been clients of hers years. You really get to know someone in that amount of time and not only is she professional but she’s friendly and kind with such a big heart. This line of work is so personal and I want someone who I can trust and feel comfortable with and Sue checks all the boxes. So great with our dogs too! They love it when she comes - we all do!

Although Sue did a good job with the actual cleaning, she can be difficult to work with.I was away on vacation out of the country when she came to clean our house & my phone fell in water and died so I couldn’t pay her through Venmo immediately. As soon I got my phone back working I paid her (and profusely apologized for the delay…first time not paying on day of cleaning) but she terminated us immediately. She was also upset that my in-laws (my father-in-law is very sick with Parkinson’s) who live in an apartment in our house had to cancel on day of cleaning because my father-in-law was ill and was having trouble moving. She also used the cancellation from my in-laws as a reason for termination. Great cleaner, not the easiest to work with.
