The BBB profile lists 5 years in business, while HomeAdvisor and Angi describe 26 years of experience, which is worth asking about directly. For routine yard cleanup and trimming work, recent customers have been consistently happy; for a larger job, or one with a firm follow-up requirement, it's worth getting the scope and return-visit plan in writing given the earlier complaints.
