Superior Roofing and Home Improvement Co

Superior Roofing and Home Improvement Co's permitted work reaches well past a roof: its BuildZoom page lists a $17,000 rear deck in Milton and a $33,900 kitchen remodel in Newton Center, both pulled in 2021. The company works out of 150 Windsor Ave in Swampscott. BuildZoom names Brian Thomas as its owner, lists James R Smalley alongside him, and gives (617) 515-7848 as the phone. BuildZoom also lists a Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #111737, for the company. Look that number up on the state's licence register before you sign, and ask for a current certificate of insurance while you are at it. For a Swampscott-area homeowner weighing a roof, a deck or a kitchen with one contractor, the next step is a written scope and price for your own job, plus a couple of references from work like it.
