My air conditioner was due for a service and I rung up this company to see if they could come out extremely reasonable pricing, and lovely service from the technicians. They send you confirmation and reminder messages for your appointment, and even provide a tracking service so you can see their approximate arrival time. The technician called me after the first service to see if I was satisfied, and went above and beyond by helping me communicate with the manufacturer to cover my condensate pump replacement under warranty.
Amazing quick service! Everywhere else I called was weeks out. He was here in an hour and had our AC fixed in 20 minutes!

Let me start by saying I seldom post reviews but for HC, I have to make an exception. Few weeks ago, my A/C went out and as usual it was pretty hot that day. I googled near by H&C and came across High Comfort and within 45 min of a phone call; Sam the owner was at my house. Since I live in the area; he gave me really good discounts. I can honestly say that his service was top notch and its nice to see a service personnel that takes the time to check everything and fix it right the first time. I have hired others; and they're in-and-out within 15min for the next job they have lined up and with outrageous costs.
