In a July 2018 review, a homeowner wrote that Terence fixed their air conditioning problem at 8:30 at night and called him professional and knowledgeable. That is the newest of the written accounts about Sweet Tee's HVAC, a Brockton shop listed at 97 Lisa Dr; its written history runs 2017 to 2018. The other HomeAdvisor review, from December 2017, is about the man rather than a particular job — efficient, conscientious, dependable, and good to his customers. Angi and HomeAdvisor each show 5.0 from two ratings, but the two pages mirror one another, so that is the same pair of reviews counted twice. The complaint sits on its BBB page: a customer there describes promise after broken promise about getting him to come by. BBB grades the business A+, reports 15 years in business, and lists it as not accredited. Tenure is the other thing that does not line up. Angi's own page says "over 15 years" in its blurb and badges "27 years of experience" a few lines away, and HomeAdvisor repeats the 27-year figure. The work on offer is central A/C, heat pumps and refrigeration, with plumbing and HVAC installation and repair listed on the BBB side, and both directories say estimates are free. For an A/C or refrigeration call around Brockton, scheduling is the thing to pin down: agree a firm date and a way to reach him directly before you count on the visit, and ask how many years he has actually been at it.
