SWS Enterprises LLC hauls away junk and rents roll-off dumpsters; its Better Business Bureau page lists dumpster rentals, junk removal and roll-off dumpsters among its services. A 2026 customer decluttering their home said every interaction was prompt and professional and that they came quickly to take care of the job. A 2024 customer who had to clear out the house of someone who passed away wrote that SWS removed 2.5 tons of junk from the house really fast and even swept afterwards. A 2024 reviewer said they came on short notice to a recently purchased property, took a ton of junk including a huge hot tub, and chopped the hot tub up in no time. A 2025 customer wrote that a 16-yard dumpster was dropped off on time and picked up, and suggested a full list of disposal fees on the website. A 2025 reviewer said the dumpster was clean, had doors and was dropped off and picked up where and when promised. A 2023 customer who said they had done business with Stewart for 10 years wrote that he was there within a half hour, that 75 bags of concrete from Home Depot were loaded into his dump trailer, and that he brought them to the project and unloaded them. In a 2022 review, a customer facing an apartment a tenant had trashed said Stewart was professional to deal with from start to finish. A 2024 customer said a Sunday 10 am junk-removal appointment, booked online and confirmed by email, was never kept; after waiting half an hour they called and emailed, then got a text saying the company was not open on Sundays. The same customer wrote that the business blocked them on Facebook after they posted a review there, and that they reported it to the BBB.
We hired SWS Enterprises to help us dispose of a number of items as we have been working to declutter our home. Every interaction we had with them was prompt and professional, and we were very impressed by how quickly they came to take care of our job. They were polite, careful, and thorough. We recommend them highly!
Great Guys, Great service, Great communication. Dropped off and picked up where and when promised. Good communication through phone and text. The dumpster was clean and had doors so it was easy to use. Price was very fair. Couldn't ask for more.
Very quick to respond to all questions and concerns. Worth the price for the hassle free customer service. 16 yard was dropped off on time and picked up. Only suggestion would be a comprehensive list of disposal fees on the website. Maybe there was one but I wasn't able to find it. Overall a good experience, we will consider sws for further clean out projects
Their website is falsely advertised as open seven days a week. I was able to schedule an appointment for a junk removal for 10 am on Sunday. I received a confirmation email and proceeded to remove the items from our apartment to the dumpster area so it could be removed easily. It is five items including three screens and a mattress/boxspring. 10 AM came on Sunday and I waited outside with the items for the arrival of company. Instead I waited for half an hour before I finally called and emailed voicing my concerns. Shortly after I received a text from someone stating they are not open on Sundays and would not be fulfilling the scheduled appointment. They then told me prices and when I stated that I needed the items removed immediately as they are outside of the building already they did offer to have see if someone else could come remove them but I’ll just get a U-Haul and do it myself. Absolutely unprofessional and I would not recommend. Update: I reviewed them on Facebook and instead of accepting responsibility for their mess up they blocked me so my review wouldn’t be available. I received the same response from them on Facebook before they blocked me to hide my review. I will include the response I gave them on Facebook before I was blocked. “SWS Enterprises LLC your website advertises that you are open and available seven days a week from 7 am to 7 pm. It’s not just the online scheduling. Also I was never contacted by anyone other than a confirmation email for said pre-booked appointment. No one called or messaged at all to let me know you were unavailable. I had to reach out after waiting a half hour after the scheduled appointment was supposed to occur. Your hours are also falsely advertised on google as well. You may want to adjust your advertised business hours if you are unable to be available for those times. You offered to TRY to rectify the issue after talking about the amount of money you wanted. I declined as it is similarly priced to getting a U-Haul and just doing it myself.” They have since changed their availability on their website but it still very much so states that they are still able to remove small loads on Sundays… even though they clearly stated through text message that they are unavailable on Sundays. It is wild to me that they handle business this way. What should have simply been a sincere apology for messing up on their end and then making it right as soon as possible with no hassle to the customer, as their website states, they talked money and blamed the customer for using the services available through their website then, instead of accepting responsibility and honestly trying to rectify the situation they try to hide the negative review. I have reported them to the BBB as well as this is extremely irresponsible on behalf of the business.
These folks rock!! They came with short notice and got a ton of junk including a huge hot tub off of our recently purchased property! Super friendly and quick! They chopped that hot tub up in no time! Highly recommend!
