In a December 2025 Thumbtack review, a customer described Manny disassembling the awkwardly positioned window, coordinating with a glass company to replace the glass in the existing frame, and reassembling it with a tight seal. The customer also said the team worked around their schedule. Synergy Roofing is based in Medway and says it has been in business for 24 years. Its stated service area covers Suffolk, Barnstable, Plymouth, Bristol and Middlesex counties. The company advertises free estimates and says it is insured; its work includes roof repairs and replacements, skylights, and siding repair. Google reports five stars from 52 ratings, while Thumbtack reports five stars from 21 ratings. The Better Business Bureau lists an A+ grade. In a September 2025 review, a homeowner described a May 2024 roof replacement completed in under two days. They said the roof had remained trouble-free for over a year and that they had hired the team again a few months after the roof job to replace fascia boards and soffit vents. The customer also said Manny remained available to answer questions after the projects. When they later asked about potential roof risks from solar installation, he offered guidance and offered to check the roof during installation. Another September 2025 customer said Manny’s office contacted them within 15 minutes of their request about a leaking roof, with a meeting scheduled for the next day. Manny recommended replacing two pipe collars; the reviewer said he kept them informed by text and the crew also re-flashed the chimney at no cost. A separate September 2025 customer described skylight replacement and gutter guard installation, praising the cleanup. Two customers writing in October 2025 also said the crew left their property clean.
