T & G Electrical is a Dedham, Massachusetts electrician built around George, who shows up by name in nearly every one of the 22 reviews on file going back to 2021. The jobs run from small (a light fixture, a GFI outlet) to substantial (subpanels, EV chargers, full panel repairs), and the same qualities keep coming up: fast response, a fair quote, and work that gets finished the same visit whenever the scope allows. The emergency calls are where the reviews get specific. One customer describes a storm flooding an electrical panel and blowing a breaker on a Saturday — their regular electrician couldn't come for four or five days, but George was there in under thirty minutes and had it fixed. Another review says T&G diagnosed a wiring problem over the phone as the utility company's responsibility rather than the homeowner's, which turned out to be correct and saved the customer an unnecessary repair bill. A third describes buying an older home with wiring a previous "electrician" had left in bad shape, and credits T&G with catching and fixing it before it became a real hazard. EV charger work is a recurring specialty — multiple reviews across 2022 through 2026 describe level 2 charger installs, including one where George ran cable through a basement and under a porch to reach the top of a driveway, then came back days later to finish the setup. Panel upgrades, recessed lighting, and troubleshooting calls round out the rest of the work described. The one exception in an otherwise five-star record is a 2022 review that describes difficulty getting the company to come out for an estimate and a curt phone manner — worth keeping in mind if scheduling flexibility matters, though it stands alone against a long run of reviews describing quick callbacks and next-day visits. For a Dedham-area homeowner with anything from a same-day electrical fix to an EV charger or panel upgrade, T&G's record points to a responsive, straightforward electrician who has handled both routine work and genuine emergencies well.

George put in a subpanel, wiring for an electric water heater, and an EV charger. He was communicative, practical, on time, and professional. Their quote was competitive and I’m very happy with the work. Highly recommend their services.
T&G installed an EV charger for me. They did excellent work very quickly and at a reasonable price. I would use them again for any electrical issue.
T&G were able to come out very quickly and help me solve an electrical issue. They were able to answer all my questions and gave me a lot of confidence in them. They were very easy to work with and were able to fix the bad wiring issue. Glad they were able to help me. Definitely will call on them again in the future.
T & G Electrical was great! They fit me in quickly and did a fantastic job. Very honest, knowledgeable and friendly guys. They did a quality job and extremely easy to work with.
With the new EV, we needed a level 2 charger at home. Called T&G and George came out the next day and figured out how to run the cable through the basement and under the porch so that he could install the charger at the top of our driveway. He was back a few days later and did exactly what he described at the exactly the quoted price. George and T&G are the best!
